Winners!  We are very proud to announce we are the winners of two silvers at this years British Pie Awards!  We won a silver for our Wye Valley Chicken Pie, and another silver for our Veal and Mushroom pie.  It was a hard fought contest with over 900 entries this year, we are very pleased to have our hard work recognised at this national level.This month sees the welcome return of our Mediterranean Tart; made with cherry tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar, pine nuts and herby breadcrumbs, this is our vegetarian summer treat.  All we need now is some sunshine.The 7th May sees the start of National Bread Maker Week.  Its a national campaign to encourage people to buy real bread, or even have a go at making their own.  If you do fancy making your own, don’t forget, our artisan bakers are only to happy to answer any questions you might have, come in and have a word and we will see if we can help.
