We are an artisan bakery based in Barnard Castle, in the heart of Teesdale.  Since 2002 we have made it our mission to create quality food from the finest ingredients and made by hand. We are also very experienced at catering for those with special dietary requirements.  This is the website of our next generation social enterprise.

We pride ourselves on using locally sourced, organic, or Fairtrade ingredients where ever possible. Our products are a carefully selected and perfected mix of vegetarian and meat options, many of which are nationally famous, such as our Wolf pie; made with Allendale Brewery’s famous Wolf Ale.
